    When you are in need of a great agent to refer a customer to in another area, remember these responses and consider the wonderful agents who have taken the time to share their proven techniques for our shifting market.

    The greatest way to find a buyer or a seller. If you do not already belong to a group or organization within your community such as a Bowling League, Softball League, Moms Club, Poker Night, VFW, Knights of Columbus, Church or Synagogue Volunteer Group etc etc. - start one or Find one. (Not much investment at all but time.)

    Are you in the yellow pages? How can you expect people to find you if you aren't even findable? (duh!)

    If you DO NOT already belong to a NETWORKING GROUP or NETWORK MARKETING GROUP then Do it! These groups come with thousands of people attached. The best and newest Network Marketing is in the Health and Fitness Industry and is called Agel. You may check this out at Www.PureAgel.com, I started in it last month and already have 3 new buyers and 2 sellers. Not only that but its HEALTHY and good for you and you just might learn a few things from other entrepreneurs as well. (Small Investment--HUGE RETURNS and Clients with money to buy)

    If you do not already SPONSOR an Elementary, Junior High and or High School and or their sports teams then DO SO. BUT go to the school events or games, and put a banner or table up. (Very little investment-lasting impressions)

    If you do not belong to the Chamber of Commerce in your area(s), for gosh sakes, DO SO. And yes you need to go to their monthly meetings! You are looking for employed clients right? (Thousands of people in your area- what exactly are you waiting for?)

    Try and Ad in Your Church Bulletin - People read while in Church - Trust me - It ain’t the Bible. Its the Bulletin. (Small Investment)

    Try an ad at you local Movie Theater, remember those slides before the movie? (Yes, There is a higher cost here)

    Now stop reading this, brush your teeth, dress up for the part and get out from behind a desk, because NEW clients aren't going to come and knock on your door. Get out there and drop a card on a counter or table every minute of the day or every 50 feet.

    If you are currently saying to yourself I don't need to do anything like that or well I can't afford to do any of that, well then its time for a different career choice, since you aren't innovative enough to be an agent/ business owner or entrepreneur.

    By the way, my team and I do most all of these things and it has taken a few months or so for people to begin recognizing our input into the community - So advertise that you do these things!!

    We are Exclusive Realtors of Canterbury Park Card Club and Racetrack, Official Real Estate Team for local Bowling Alley and League, Official Real Estate Team for Marcus Movie Theaters in our area, Official Real Estate Team for Local High School Girls Volleyball Team, Guys Football Team and Youth Baseball League, we do local cable ads and local newspaper ads stating that we do all of this -

    We just started doing the self promotion of our involvement in our community a few weeks ago, if we don't, who will? People are noticing us and have commented.
